Should I take probiotics in the morning or evening?

Should I take probiotics with food?

If I forget to take probiotics for a day or longer, what will happen?

Should I choose probiotics with a higher CFU count?
A higher CFU count probiotic may not be more effective than one with a lower CFU count.
